Recommit yourself this fall!

September is upon us.  Vacations are done and the kids are starting a new school year. This is a great time to get a new commitment to the church. Recommit yourself to the sacraments. All mass and confession times are in the column to the right.

There are great ministries at St. Margaret Mary. Become a lector and read the word of God at masses or an Extraordinary Eucharist Minister and help the priests administer the Eucharist to the parishioners at mass. You can also be a part of the music ministry or become an usher.  For the children, they can be involved in the mass as an altar server.

Also at the parish is many great faith filled communities. You can join the Men's League or Ladies Guild that meet and do many wonderful things for our parish. There is also an very active youth group for high school aged teens and it is always open for more members. There are also other groups like the MOMs Group for the mothers of our parish, the bible study group and the faith-based support group. Find a group that is best for you and if you can't, make your own!

Emmaus XI

On the weekend of December 12-14, 2014, the WALK youth group will be putting on an Emmaus retreat.  This is a retreat of faith and fun and a chance to grow closer to our Lord.  Emmaus is open to all high school aged teens and applications are available now.  Please fill one out and get it back to the group as soon as you can because there are limited number of spots and it will fill up quickly.  If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact or see the Emmaus page on this site.
